Kim helps everyday people manage stress and anxiety in the simplest, least time-consuming ways. She knows simple meditation and mindfulness practices work because they transformed her own stress patterns, eliminating the need for antidepressant/antianxiety medication.

 As a Relaxation/Meditation Guide and Reiki Master/Teacher, Kim provides regular stress break opportunities for both individuals and the community to experience a relaxed state, bringing the mind, body, and spirit into greater harmony.

Kim is a Usui Holy Fire III Reiki Master and Holy Fire III Karuna Reiki Master in Central Virginia. She is dedicated to achieving balance (physically, spiritually, mentally and emotionally) in her own life and then sharing what she learns with others.

In 2012, Kim received her Meditation Instructor Certification through University of Holistic Theology.

In March 2014, Kim traveled to Maui for a 7 Day Inbound Holy Fire Karuna Reiki Master Course, facilitated by William Lee Rand and Colleen Bennelli. This life changing Holy Fire energy has further deepened Kim’s practice and commitment to her Reiki path and purpose of sharing it.
