Exploring the Wisdom of Walter and Lao Russell: A Guided Meditation Journey
Description: Join us for a transformative meditation experience as we delve into the profound teachings of Walter and Lao Russell. This monthly class offers a unique opportunity to explore the timeless wisdom and insights shared in their Home Study Course.
Before each session, we invite you to arrive early and immerse yourself in the inspiring atmosphere of the Russell Museum. Take a moment to appreciate the captivating artwork and absorb the profound teachings displayed throughout the museum. This pre-class exploration will deepen your connection with the Russells’ legacy and set the stage for a truly transformative experience.
In each session, we will embark on a guided meditation journey that aligns with a specific teaching from the Russells. Through the power of stillness and introspection, we will tap into the depths of our inner being, allowing these teachings to resonate and guide us on our personal growth and spiritual path.
Whether you are new to meditation or have an established practice, this class welcomes all levels of experience. Together, we will create a supportive and nurturing space where you can cultivate inner peace, clarity, and a deeper connection with yourself and the teachings of Walter and Lao Russell.

Yoga mats will be provided. Chairs are available. Bring your own blankets.

This hybrid style workshop will be held in-person at The Russell Museum in downtown Waynesboro, Virginia and will be streamed online via Zoom. $30 suggested minimum donation for in-person and $10 online. However, it is a pay what you can event.
