Exploring the Wisdom of Walter and Lao Russell: A Guided Meditation Journey

Description: Join us for a transformative meditation experience as we delve into the profound teachings of Walter and Lao Russell. This monthly class offers a unique opportunity to explore the timeless wisdom and insights shared in their Home Study Course.

We invite you to arrive early and immerse yourself in the inspiring atmosphere of the Russell Museum. Take a moment to appreciate the captivating artwork and absorb the profound teachings displayed throughout the museum. This pre-class exploration will deepen your connection with the Russells’ legacy and set the stage for a truly transformative experience.

“The starting point of all creation is DESIRE.”  What do you WANT?

In this guided experience, you’ll explore your deepest desires, clarify your intentions, and bring them to life through the art of vision boarding.

We’ll begin with a Wheel of Life worksheet/exercise to see where you are in life right now compared to where you want to be. You’ll be guided through a meditation to get in touch with what’s most important to you as you set your intentions in all areas of your life.

Then it’s time to create! Everything needed for you to create your own unique Vision Board will be provided.

Don’t miss this opportunity to set the stage for a year filled with growth, abundance, and gratitude.

Attending virtually? Provide your own supplies and join us in the Wheel of Life, Guided Meditation, and creating process. You can use whatever you like as your board (11×14 foam board, poster board). Other supplies needed: magazines, glue stick or double-sided tape, scissors, beads, stickers, or any kind of bling you want to add for decoration. If you don’t have magazines, your local library is a great source to get old magazines! Alternatively, you can create a digital vision board through Canva on your computer or phone. Canva is a free app that offers vision board templates. You can upload any photos you like or choose from their photo library.

Join us for an enriching and transformative meditation experience that will leave you feeling inspired, centered, and empowered to apply these teachings in your daily life.
